The SPD are not gonna help anyone in a crisis situation...Look how they handled it when Carl Moore's house burned to the ground. They all ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. A fire hydrant stood less than 2 houses away. Did the fire dept or the SPD EVER hook up to this hydrant? No, they forgot it was there. How, as a firefighter...you forget where a fire hydrant is???? I guess the firechief is so busy...he has no time to remember
